Redknapp was seriously considered a few seasons ago, however he likes being on the south coast too much. Reason he turned down newcastle too. Personally I'd like to give pearce till end of season and get in a decent assistant coach. We owe him that we really do. We're not going up this year realistically and there are no obvious candidates right now anyway. Would be happy with Harry mind you :)
