EM says we, ve made lots of mistake, IMO sending Scarpa to one of his other clubs is another one.
Often you need something different and he provides it, also when warming up his shooting ability is the best at the club, he would be invaluable on the bench but what do I know.

Drop MGW and play as a ten?

Rotate with MGW, he’s bound to get injured and frankly I’d be looking to drop him if he carries on with the pointless show boating - everyone needs competition.

I had high hopes of scarpa as I did lingard, but seen nothing much from either to convince tbh
Sometimes just don't work out.
