It is getting to the point of not who you would bring in more like who would you keep in. Think about it and be honest, we are stuck with a squad that is simply not good enough and a manager that does not know his best side or tactics. Very worrying when both factors are so glaringly amiss and nothing improves week after disasterous week. Are you really satisfied with this Mr Marinakis, because a growing number of Forest fans certainly are not. We don't want to just be survivors we want REAL progress please. If I am being to ambitious for some on here, tough.

Just my opinion off course, but i think you want us to run before we can walk.

Hand on heart i would not say Warburton is a great manager but nor would i say he is usless.

If we are going to spend we have to sell first, how many mangers with any pedigree would want to come knowing that.

You have said that Warburton went after another defender, you have to bear in mind we have a wage cap because of past mistakes, and then combine that with us just avoiding relegation, that is going to put some players off joining us.

Warburton i would suggest is telling the players just what he expects but are they carrying it out how he wants?

He is asking most of the players to play in a way they have rarely been asked before, if at all, give him till the end of the season to see if there is enough progress for you.

You answered your own question there retford,squad not good enough most are inherited and havn't been good enough for years,they'll be gone once their contracts are up and new blood is bought in,but it all takes time.
It's a squad full of softies,but there are a few gems in there if we can add some steel.

Think "The Old Guard" of Fox,Hobbs, Mills,will do an Abdoune and stick around and let their contracts run down. who'd want them anyway!!!
