Without a doubt we must not sack Dougie. Derby are in a mess and if life is fair will have sanctions next season for a massive overspend. Can anyone explain why a team is undefeated in 13 has then a narrow loss against a premiership side and then 3 straight defeats? Common sense tells us this is bad luck or the team has lost its mojo. It is not the manager who rightly continues to be positive upbeat and conveys a strong belief in his team. So let's all support him. I cannot think of a better team than he put out yesterday and Tyler got his chance which we would all support. So COYR.

Doc m so your saying that the forest team go out on the pitch set there own defensive formation up take there selfs off the field to swap with a team mate on the subs bench as for unlucky your having a laugh the fa cup we was sent out with a weakened side was that down to the players and our last 3 games we was beaten by better teams fact the stats prove it the players are probably getting fed up with being shuffled about and being played defensive so we can try and Nick a goal instead of going for a convincing win and trying to kill a game off negative tactics put in by a negative manager equals a negative team performance exactly what happened towards the end of dougie Bolton reign where players didn't play for him we have a average team but no worse than a few teams above us I only hope this man is not in charge next season because we will go nowhere with him sooner he's gone the better.

Doc, your post is some sort of joke surely? Please tell me it’s not serious!
Three defeats in a row just bad luck! Some teams only lose three all season…they must be very lucky.
We lost two of them at home against lowly opposition and fans sat all game wondering what the manager could possibly be thinking or what his plan could be. We had the unbeaten run because of good defensive football at which the manager is fairly adept, he has absolutely no clue about attacking football unfortunately and that is why we lose to poor teams, especially at home.
Don’t give the excuse about not having the players because man for man we are better throughout our side than Huddersfield and Bristol City. DF keeps insisting that Oliviera is quality and we are lucky to have him.
Freedman has done a great job off the field, he has steadied the ship well but he has no clue as to how to progress. Cramming the midfield full of work hard, defensive midfielders will never work, it even starts to make the players that can be good there look distinctly average because there is just no balance. Players like Gardner and Vaughan who clearly can play there are now struggling because they are surrounded by similar players…they have nowhere to go.
The most worrying indictment of all is that listening to Freedman’s post match interview he said we played well for an hour. He clearly transmits that to the players because they come on and say the same! What chance have we got of improving when the management and players think that any of what we saw was good enough?
We need a new manager next season if we are to progress, at which point we should also be thanking DF for the good stuff that he has obviously done.

I put it that it was either 'bad luck' there is something else going on that we are unware of that has upset the team spirit. Can anyone suggest a better team that would have won on Saturday from the resources at his disposal? If the players have given up fighting as now there is nothing to fight for that would be staggering but I look for other suggestions particularly those amazing fans who follow home and away.
