I may again be in a very small minority, but over a year ago I predicted Steve MClown would fail at Derby after inheriting a good side from NC. I also said why would nobody realise that after failing at so many clubs he was not a football manager. Newcastlel bottom of prem. and of course things may improve there but I wouldn't bet on it. He's a dud for good.

Bsered - you are not in a small minority i reckon most on here agree with you, all the evidence points to mclaren being useless.

Another good coach who cannot manage! Unfortunately for him he has an ego bigger than most of the players but not the personality and track record to demand respect as a manager.

I went to school in York with Steve McLaren, he was a big head then and nothing has really changed. Promoted to his level incompetence!
