If he leaves we may well be relegated then the owner will be on his ownio because most of us won't be thereio.

Whether or not we like a owner, or manager we must show up if we can.

Why would Antonio leaving mean relegation? In supporting our club for 40 years I have never seen any 1 player decide relegation or promotion. Getting really fed up with so called fans negativity on this forthcoming season. Get behind your team. Bet that Bournemouth fans didn't expect anything this time last year.

If Antonio leaves we could get relegated ? Wow. Which probably means if he goes to Bournemouth they will win the prem ! I'm just amazed that a lad with such limited ability can be lauded in this way.

The year we sold K Campbell and PVH refused to play we got relegated - so selling one player was partly responsible for our relegation (it had knock on consequences)

I'm not saying selling MA will lead to relegation

Not being negative and I fully agree with getting behind the owner, the manager and the team. We're not much different as in playing staff from last season when we massively under achieved. I can remember standing in the Trent End when Teddy Sheringham scored against Liverpool and we won 1-0 and I thought we were going to win the division. Then Cloughie sold Edward to Spurs, replaced him with the "established" Rosario and we ended up getting relegated. So for me, that season and selling Sheringham, that one player did decide relegation. Although the Antonio situation is completely different.

I think there was more to it than that, clough lost the plot.

But you're point does stand as it could be strongly argued that was at the root of it.

Great point well made I'd say, selling him is a risk because if someone else doesn't score his 15 goals it could be a tough season.

If only we had a crystal ball:

Let's get rid of Antonio and at the end of the season we can blame it on him going when were relegated look how Tottenham got on the season after they sold bale and Liverpool Suarez I know different class and one player does not make a team but he's are best player so far one season or not if he's sold we will be lucky to replace him and mid division next season is the best we can hope for if we're lucky

Spurs and Liverpool replaced Bale for Lamella and Suarez was replaced by Ballotelli. Enough said. World class players are hard to replace. MA is good on his day but no more.
