As people know I thought SP needed to leave. However after what really should have been 4 from 4 and 14 goals I haven't yet seen anyone really congratulate Dougie. Burke scoring, Lansbury looking like a proper player again all looks good. The best thing however about DF is that Fawaz keeps pestering him about loans. Dougie's answer is the squad plus academy has more than enough. Thank you Dougie and Lennie Lawrence for restoring some faith that NFFC are a football club that we can support with pride and also have someone at the helm that's prepared to look within the club for the future.

Couldn't agree more to the above post and if sp was still in charge with the run in, we could have been relegated,well done to all involved in the mighty reds resurgent

Strange in it more points in 4 games than the previous how many twenty odd. Was it back to back victory's in November Norwich and Wolves that was it, apart from the odd draw here and there till we beat Direby last month as I said strange. SP poor, players not playing for him etc etc. All I know is these players seem totally different under DF.

Seems to me the players are now playing for the manager why they didn't for pearce God knows. Same players different
Performance. They should still be ashamed of their attitude and performances for pearce tactics ant altered that much.
Enough said hope we continue and who knows theirs always one team that comes out of nowhere to clinch playoff spot.

Very slightly. Still annoyed at players that couldn't be bothered to turn up at times for Pearce. It still disgusts me pal. But now just hoping we make playoffs and fluke it. because if we don't a lot of quality will be leaving in summer.

I agree with u marco that the effort levels of the plays have improved which doesn't reflect well on them one bit.
However there is a great deal more different than simply player effort under DF I'm afraid

I think the difference can be attributed to 'man management and motivation'. Something SP hadn't read up in his 'How to be a successful manager' book. Thank goodness the new boy (or his helper, Lennie) have. What a difference. Long may it continue!
