I think all those calling for Pearce to go should remember some of the other managers we have had in the past and realise how lucky we are to have someone who loves our club! Let's give it time and build this club into a mighty force once again!

If they lose today.why should he be given more time. he.s proved already that he is useless as a manager

2.) 31 Jan 2015
There is 1 teaming he top six (Watford) that have changed there manager in the last year. chopping and changing doesn't work.

3.) 31 Jan 2015
But who else would we get? We have changed often in the past and it hasn't worked. Let's give stability a chance. We are mid table, with all that's gone on, do we deserve to be any higher?

Since being appointed Manager, I don't think any of us fans could moan about the work Stuart Pearce has done behind the scenes in putting the foundations back in place to make the club stable. If you had a tick list running he would score well on off field matters. But for me, the elephant in the room question still remains is Stuart Pearce a good manager? I had my doubts before he arrived, and can honestly say he hasn't answered it! I know some fans say he needs 2 or 3 years before he can reap those rewards of what he is doing now. I'm actually thinking if Pearce does get us out of this league in the next 3 years, it will be more down to luck than his Management skills.

Get the right man in and you will finish top 6 look at Derby and qpr last season. People saying give Pearce time need a reality check because league 1 is waiting.

Pearce would make a good director of football, don't think he is going to make the grade as a manager, hopefully I will be wrong but we desperate for a couple of wins in next 3 games or we going be in the mire for the run in.
