Firstly how gutted for CC sometimes the good guys in the game suffer the worst, devastating news. As for last nights performance 5 goals, a hat-trick some good overall individual performances Tesche looks quality, personally I would like to see Pato have a run of starts maybe for Burke not suggesting that CB is not good enough far from it, just that I feel there is more determination, drive if you like OK even rawness with Pato whereas Burke is pretty one dimensional having said that he certainly can whip a cross in.
Its so easy being experts from the stands when we don't really see the whole picture. training etc etc. So its an opinion nothing else SP will make the right choices I am sure.
What concerned me about last nights performance was the defence and granted KW is slowly making his way back. no Hobbs, but Fox worries me at CB and with MM not being the tallest CB in the country I thought it would have made sense to start KW, take control and change after an hour or so.
The stats were interesting they had 7 corners to our 1 but the real interesting one was we had 5 shots on target all game. Anyway the game must of sounded far better than it actually was and that really encouraging that we never really hit top gear and scored 5.
one more midfielder for me and a left footed fullback but even without adding we will be fine.

we look suspect at the back, sooner or late we'll ve exposed, other than Derby we haven't played good teams yet, when we do we'll struggle. other than the odd freak result the Forest Derby games are scrappy affairs with neither side ever really showing what they're all about. there are other sides as good as Derby, when we face them we'll get an unpleasant awakening as the standard of play won't be dictated by the circus that this game has become - especially in recent times. That said we are work in progress and will improve - my point is we'll need too if we are to sustain the start we've had. What still puzzles me is why no 4 4 2 at home with the best 11 players we have fit playing in their natural positions?

2 star u sound as if your on the starting blocks waiting for the big loss ( and yes it will come ) but at the moment we are playing well and winning and playing bad and winning so enjoy the good times because i'm sure there's 23 other teams in this division that would swap places with us

We look suspect at the back last night maybe but Hobbs, Wilson, lascelles are all missing or were coming back from injuries and didn't play last night for the majority.

The weaknesses in the back line will be fully addressed when they return to the 1st 11. A very short sighted post 2star we've not lost a game all season and you should know that every team in the championship is more than capable of beating any other team. Take last night for instance. Fulham aren't performing but they do have a very good team and in rodallega they have a very good player with premiership class.

Your post is just a mindless rant. And as for 442, scoring 5 goals in 451 I don't get your issue? I don't see the problem when you've got the attacking threat that we posses. Particularly in Antonio with his ability to run at players

I'll echo Eynsham reds remarks. Unbelievable Jeff.

Weren't we playing as a 4-4-2 when Paterson came on? Looked to me like Antonio was playing alongside Britt, with burke on the left and Pato on the right.

Chopsy, I am sure it will come but I hope it is not against Spurs as I am going with my wife and she is a Spurs fan and we'll be in their end! Even though it is a cup a big loss can turn confidence quickly.
