1st March 1992 League Cup Spurs 1 v Forest 2.

Pelting down with rain and pre match bomb scare to boot.

Just play the video for the pre-match team talk!

I was there, it was the best atmosphere ever from Forest away following. Brian Clough red and white army none stop and when Spuds tried to sing the volume just went up to another level.
Anyone that was there will confirm the best ever COYR

Ha ha oh yes, bullet header by keane to win the game . to the delight of many thousand travelling forest fans! Smashed by two additional hours of pre match drinking! What a day. Another one of those special memories when growing up as a reds fan with our psycho leading us to yet another victory at spurs. Was anyone there the year before on Boxing Day when Pearce won the game with a pile driver with almost the last kick? We were down to ten men (clough off after some Gary mabbut theatrics)

Yep red tab I was there too and remember being stood outside with the spurs fans chanting no surrender etc. once we heard it was a bomb scare! It was live on bbc I think aswell and they put a film on until the match started, incredible day, keane scoring with that bullet header right in front of our fans aswell!happy days then, and to be honest, still to come aswell, uuureds!

Not at Spurs but rain related - Bristol City away in the League Cup, only stopped as Garry Parker scored the winner (in extra time?) Also my worst worst experience in leaving an away ground.
