This Silva lad is really " top drawer " stuff! We need to get him signed up ASAP! We let a certain Shaun Wright Phillips go at an early age and although not up to much now he improved over time and fetched a lot of money. Don't let history repeat itself!

He looks like more than just an U21 player as well. Could be our pacey winger in the making.

Assumed that someone inside the club rates him as he went from U21 to full squad in 48 hours. If they do, let's get him signed up.

Portugeezers unless they are Champions League blooded often have trouble adapting to the hurly burly of Championship football.
Let's not get too carried away with a pre season non league friendly performance.
Benfica do not normally let good players go without good reason!
Hopefully he will cut the mustard but we still need an experienced quick wide player to complete the squad.
Maybe our captain needs to make his "mark" again to test him out before we sign him?

Hugo Porfirio was our last import.
All are very good technically but the forwards are not really suited to our game
