Ed does the transfer window open early this year because I was reading the David Luiz transfer to PSG, and PSG have stated that the deal will be completed when the transfer window begins on the 10th June I always thought it was the 1st July?

I agree to Centre Back comments but as a DM I think he is massively underrated.

Also how are PSG paying 50m when they are only allowed to spend 49m but they are also talking about going for Eden Hazard as well. they got the same punishment as Man City. Also it doesn't matter how much they bring into the club through sales of players they are still only able to spend 49m this year.

Maybe banking on him having a really good World Cup so his value increases massively
