According to today's paper vaughan definately out for season after appendix opetation. Maybe that will give us green light to get someone else in?

If Vaughan is out for the season then surely we will send him back to Sunderland, it would then make room on wage bill for another signing. Gazza 2969

2.) 10 Mar 2014
Sorry, but think no one will come.

Forest Dane

3.) 10 Mar 2014
Build it and they will come.

4.) 10 Mar 2014
When I removed my appendix I was back at work 3 days after surgery, so this is definatley not the reason Vaughan is out for 3 months. TorofNorway

5.) 10 Mar 2014
75 days till the playoff final
17 days until the transfer window closes

If we are getting in a loan why wait?

It looks like we are not bringing in loans

6.) 10 Mar 2014
You removed your own appendix!

7.) 10 Mar 2014
We might wait until the very last day to bring loans in to keep the costs down following our 17m losses. Gazza 2969

8.) 10 Mar 2014
How hard is TorofNorway - not for his speedy return to work but the fact that he removed his own appendix?

Well 'hard!

9.) 10 Mar 2014
Tor maybe you should have removed Vaughan's too? there's a lot to be said for self treatment lol

10.) 10 Mar 2014
TorofNorway, removing your own appendix & back to work in 3 days. Impressive.

11.) 10 Mar 2014
Depends on what the agreement is with Vaughan. If he is coming to us on a permanent basis, then sending him back to Sunderland may not be an option. Loaning players is difficult, 1) getting the right quality and who is available 2) wage bill, we have to adhere to FFP, which as it stands we arent, so adding to that won't help.

12.) 10 Mar 2014
Vaughan is out for the season because of a fractured knee cap, so they're doing his appendix at the same time.
It's a bit similar to Andy Read who was out with a calf problem so they did his hernia at the same time.
Like I'm going to the dentist on Thursday & I'll go and get my haircut at the same time lol.

13.) 10 Mar 2014
Its a combination of both, this being his second appendix operation so probably means complications. Sounds like you don't know whether your having a dump or a haircut lol.

14.) 10 Mar 2014
Second appendix operation, How many appendix do you have?

15.) 10 Mar 2014
Perhaps Thor from Norway could sort Vaughn's kneecap as well

16.) 10 Mar 2014
To be honest how many teams could put out a half decent team after the injuries we have had, I do think we would have been top 3 if not so many players out. Billy has brought players to this club that have improved it.
I for one don't want 2 see him go and that's not because I don't question him and his tactics sometimes, He deserves a good crack of the whip without the bad luck we have suffered

So you have doctors in England doing easy operations? You lucky people:) TorofNorway
