I've heard some balls in my time. This is the latest theme.

Apparently, Karanka persisting with Grabban taking penalties and playing the lightweight Carvalho even when we needed to be solid in midfield had nothing to do with Forest losing. In fact he was doing a great job and we were making progress and signed some good players.

Wait for it. But now we have a boss who immediately recognises what any smart observer does - that we need another penalty taker - and also plays a stronger young player in place of the lightweight Carvalho which succeeds in keeping the scores down has absolutely nothing to do with us winning.

Oh and now we have strengthened this progress making squad we are apparently going backwards.

DENIAL!

Wba draw, Preston loss, Derby loss, Stoke Win, Hull Win, Villa Win.

That therefore is 10 points out of 18 for Forest.

That won't be enough for the karanka lovers 😁😋😁

Mind you got a better one in the stiffs. Steele

I agree, tough fixtures approaching. But they are not the ones that worry me. Well only the ones against bottom half teams. Top 8 clubs rarely beat the mighty Reds!

I'm not sure about the keeper. I think he's had bad games when I haven't seen him so you probably right but let's get a top international WHEN we go up at the end f the season. EVER THE OPTIMIST!

I reckon Keano and MON get the significance of the Derby match since no manager apart from Psycho. The players will be MOTIVATED to another level for that one.

COYR!

I think it's too soon to be comparing Karanka's era with MON's.

Karanka's dismissal was harsh, yet another Manager not given enough time. And the performances under MON have been industrious but not very pretty with mixed results.

Really don't see how you can favour one over the other at present without having some kind of bias or trying to assert some hidden agenda.

He wasn't dismissed,he just didn't want to work under the owners rules.
Good luck finding any club that will allow him his own way.

Karankas the reason we got this massive squad an also unbalanced one, clearly needed defenders in the summer yet we signed about 10 midfielders lol

And ain't that the truth, the amount of holding midfielders he had was and is ridiculous.

Cyclist are you really that naive to think MON didn’t know who our penalty taker was and how many he’s missed this season before Saturday? If MON had given the job to someone else I would respect your argument but he allowed him to take it so get over it.

We’ve currently got 6 holding midfielders - ludicrous !

Is it Redinexile back. It was your opinion that we were doomed to lose if we played Osbourne at left back and didn't play Carvalho wasn't it?

You were wrong. Eat some humble pie.

We didn't need defenders in the Summer. We had Figs, Fox and Worrall, then went on to sign Dawson and Hefele. Five was enough, so much so that we were able to send Worrall out on loan and at the time no one complained. don't try and change the past to suit your agenda.

Don't need to eat humble pie mate I opened the shop remember?

Why is it you never read posts properly before spouting nonsense ? Where is the bit about DOOMED when I posted win or draw?

I'm posting you some bike clips to stop all your bull running down your leg🤡🤣🤣🤣

we did need defenders like a proper left back an all the defenders we bought were injury prone an u can’t call fox a centre back what we didn’t need is 6 centre mids

In the championship there is always ‘tough games coming up’ I actually think the next 7-8 games are winnable and potentially will change everything. We have a fair few home games (which we have done well in most the season) and we haven’t got to play any of top 8 apart from Derby but against Derby form goes out the window a bit.
Is impossible to really predict much in this league but we are looking tough to beat this season and think there are signs we are starting to take chances lately.
Preston away will be hard and Derby but other games coming up I expect us to take quite a few points in and others will drop points as they play each other! I am still believing that we can be this season Fulham!
