Don't know if it's real or not but Fawaz has supposed to have tweeted we have NOT accepted any bid for Lansbury ! The plot thickens ! !

He has tweeted that and a few other tweets.looking from a distance Lansbury wants to leave and most likely has pushed for the move.fans have kicked off about it moaning like good uns but why would you want to keep a player who's heart isn't in it?to many open there mouths before they think or dare I say no nothing about footy and just get angry every time they don't like something that happens.

Uptheforest u are bang on. The irrational behaviour of some fans is incredible. I actually think Lansbury will go where he is wanted. If we reject bids and a desire to keep him he'll stay. If we accept bids and have no issue him leaving he'll go. As stated no discussion between burnley and Lansbury taken place so I really don't think it's him forcing any sort of move

Has Lansbury actually came out and said he wants to leave because if he has there is no point keeping him he won't give 100 percent and we don't want players like that so if it's true sell sell sell

why wouldn't he want to leave, all I hear on this site every other day is "get Lansbury out" " he's useless " " he's overrated " and so on. even when he has a good game you people have nothing but negative things to say about him and most of the other players. so I don't blame him for forcing a move away if that is actually what has happened. you people say fawaz is ruining the club but you people aren't exactly helping. keep slating the players and demanding we get rid and we will eventually end up with no one. so keep up the good work guys.

Useless he isn't but overrated he is on the back of last seasons performances i would take gardner over lansbury any day however if gardner can't play til end oct an even then it's not certain he'll come it does present problem in midfield. Hopefully osborn will come into his own this season an who knows maybe reid an cohen might return ?? Now if antonio goes . that's a different story !!!@

I agree with you mighty.reds88. If I were a Forest player, or indeed anyone associated with the club, the last place I'd be is on here or the bird site. If we bought Messi, someone for find a reason to complain. I'm very jealous of people who have absolutely nothing else to complain about in their lives. Football is part of the entertainment industry, not life or death. Though you could be forgive for thinking the opposite after spending sometime on here. As for Lansbury, he's quality and Forest should try to keep him. But his whole body language suggests he's unhappy and it's a lot of money. It would certainly open up the opportunity to use Jorge Grant more. But you know what they say, you can't win anything with kids.

Completely agree Might Red. I hope no one in the club actually reads these pages. If I were a Forest player and was reading everyday how terrible I was and how I wanted to leave, I might well decide to go where I get a bit more appreciation. As I've said elsewhere. Selling ANYONE just now is pretty daft. We can't use the money to buy anyone better or even as good, and as far as clearing up the FFP problems, these amounts are a drop in the ocean. Believe it when you read it as signed, sealed and delivered on the OS. Intersting to note that the Hamer deal is not entirely 'off'. DF sayiing yesterday (internview on OS)that they're still working on solving the technical issue.

Why did DF make him the captain if he moves and we sell this makes DF look rather silly.
The other player's would question DF judgments in appointing him as captain and his reading of the moods in the dressing room not good.

Thought things would change today after what Your chairman said but hearing Lansbury has agreed personal terms with Burnley now and will have a medical this evening. I think its fair to say both forest and Burnley fans are sick of this now
