If he goes it should be for at least 6 million if not more!! anything below that and we have had our pants pulled down big time!! I know he is 25 but if he goes hope we have the cop on to have a sell on clause as part if any deal.

Agree Daz. Needs to be £7.5million (a profit of £6million) as far as I am concerned. Don't want to see him go and we cannot replace under FFP but if he wants to go, no point keeping an unhappy player. However, WBA have plenty of money being in the Prem for a few seasons now so if they want him that badly time to stump up the proper cash for him and stop playing games.

if that's the case why did we reject 5 mill in the first place

If true then the club is truly bonkers and out of touch with how much transfer inflation has gone up with the new TV deal.

The going rate for Premiership forwards is £10m+ irrespective of whether he wants to go!

He's not a premiership forward yet and has only had one v good season, 6-7 m will be a good deal and I couldn't blame fawaz or the player if this happened

If he wants to go then it's best to let him go, but 5 million? Should really have held out for 7 million. Can't spend the money so no sense in this.

We can't blame Antonio if he was to choose to go to a established prem team and make that next step up, imagine if Assombolonga wasnt injured we could have been seeing him going too. A good profit is better than none and its refreshing to see us make some cash, rather than loseing it.

I would be happy if he stayed but can't hold him back.
