Apparently DF is interested in signing Rhodes from Blackburn and Stokes from Celtic this summer. This is lazy reporting because of the FFP embargo. Forest will be lucky to sign any decent players because there will be no signing on fees, and a wage cap of £10,000 per week.

Totally agree. If anything we will struggle to sign anyone of quality to mount a serious promotion push. And as we can see from this season the players we have just aren't quite as good as we think. Not saying we are going to be as bad as Blackpool. But it will be a similar scenario with the players we can attractive

Personally I don't buy this stuff. DF is reportedly going abroad to look for players. We got Mancienne and Tesche at knockdown prices for their quality, and I believe there will be lots of players out there who would love to come to Forest or be able to transfer free, you just have to find them, plus we have excellent youngsters. No panic. Football journalists are just trying to scratch up stories based on nothing as usual.

I reckon this is true because I heard DF and Fawas and even some coaches were all at last Blackburn game.

Need to offload a few first, Fryatt, Vaughan and possibly Veldwijk to name a few. I'd lie to see Mackie and Majewski back after their season loans.

The fee and wages for Rhodes would be far, far more tan we can pay under our restrictions. Ridiculous rumour.
