When Fawaz took it was reported SIr Alex had his ear, this resulted in Darren Fer. being the first favourite for job, the players had their say and SOD was appointed, we were doing quite well and suddenly Darrens God Father was appointed, Alex Mac.
I think if this hadn, t taken place we would now be in a much better place and Fawaz would be a much more popular figure in our fair city!

I have to say that I don't understand the sudden negativity towards Fawaz. He saved us, has poured in millions and made the right decision about Psycho in the end. Will always love Pearce but as a player and legend, not a manager. We have one of the best squads in the division and are under achieving. Freedman is proven at this level, did great at Palace and took Bolton from relegation to top 10 in his first season. Please stop the Fawaz hate or we my risk him just walking away.

Fawaz spoke of a iconic manager, DF does not fit this, my own view is that A Mcliesh doesn't fit this either, but he had won championships and managed his national team. he took a break, then said he was ready to return to club management goodbye, Mr O'driscol
