I spoke to a colleague about Pearce moving upstairs a couple of weeks ago (as where would Pearce go management wise from here). The infrastructure at the club that he has introduced looks healthy, with all areas of youth development looking well catered for, ie the recent u18's performances. The next thing I had predicted is that Steve Bruce would be out of a job by now and he would be an option due to getting previous clubs out of the champ by making them hard to beat while also having good links in the loan market (essential due to the embargo).
