Rumour going around that seems to think its 6.5 million each, but Newcastle want to keep the price quiet

While I can understand the lascalles sale as we have brought defenders in, i'm suprised at darlows deal as emitov almost loaned out recently which would have only left us with devires

Umm by my calculation if this sale goes thru we have gone thru a transfer window and come out with a big profit. err in relation to fees does seem like we have been a selling club this window.
even with Burke we need more pace and width and certainly better striker options than we have.
much rebuilding work today and kick ff round the corner. umm

Apparently both being loaned back to us for the season so Darlow still no.1 keeper I'd say.

5 mil to upgrade the team 2 players off the wage bill but still playing for us makes room for other players. And yes I think we could of got more for them

I imagine there will be add ons such as appearance, international caps, and sell on clause too. So both could rise anyway depending how we do. And we get another year out of them where we probably don't need to pay a loan fee, and possibly no wages too. So maybe not too bad a deal.
