Don't panic don't panic. It's the first game and it's essential to get this one under the belt and take stock. Cooper will be sat on the bus thinking NOW WE KNOW. I said weeks ago going to a vibrant St. James's with the toon army backing them was going to be a baptism of fire. We were never going to get anything from this game and I did say so. However we have spent large and I wonder why clubs let players go for the money. Wolves are clinging on as they know they have a PLAYER. So the acquisitions need to step up if they can.
We always seem to play it wide and fart around at the back. You need more at this level, and through the middle with guile and grit is where it will be won or lost. Seems like we need another centre back footballer with a brain and a proper centre mid. Obrien should make this step up, disappointed if he can't.
But it's one match and until we finish buying and getting the team knitted there will be many more days like this. It's how we cope and learn from top to bottom that matters. We need not panic but just adapt. Cooper is in very new territory will he get found out? That's the million dollar question.

22 players have left the club and 12 have arrived so you have to bear that in mind.
Was never going to be easy and survival in our first season is whatatters nothing else.

Evening trickies, to be honest I expect us to struggle until late October, as many are saying our nucleus has been lost and unfortunately players from bundesliga are not used to the EPL or more importantly have SC wants the team to play. Positives from today first game out the way, the score could have been a lot worse, it is clear most players need time together to understand where players want the ball playing, down side not impressed with JL and his play today, we will need 12, 13 or even the 14th man from the crowd next Sunday. Let’s keep the faith everyone just remember where we were last September.
