Was at the game yesterday, the players gave everything, which they should do but obviously didn't at Fulham. We have good players who are calm and comfortable on the ball, no hoofing it forward. It's up front where we are really lacking, Elanga tried his best but nowhere near strong enough for a central role. The ball is lost almost every time, at least one forward is required. A player who is strong enough to compete, but is mobile and holds the ball up.
Otherwise we will continue to struggle. In Sir Brian's last season, we also had good players who could play. What we didn't have is a player to score goals. Hope history doesn't repeat itself.

Spot on MV. A centre forward or whatever you call them nowadays is an absolute must.
