I agree with bsered. Give game time to the up and coming players that want to play for forest. and good luck to those team hoppers.

Thats good to hear. He has everything he could need at this club. all the best players, the legends all show loyalty to their club.

Too many players hop from team to team these days.

As long as Pearce remains and acts like Pearce as we all know then I feel the club will get the best out of him.

However if the 'off the field management team' environment is untrustworthy, delicate and not pulling together honestly as a unit in the same direction, it doesn't matter who is on the field as this dishonest and disruptive leadership style will not get the best out Pearce nor any of the 'on the field team'. Its just a shame its happened so early in Pearces reign as managers should be able to contribute to big decisions around his future players.

If nothing else it makes sense now why so many other managers walked away from the opportunity to manage Forest after Davies sacking and we were manager less for so long, almost at one point wondering who was still available to manage the club.

My admiration for those that could foresee this and stuck by their gut feelings has raised - and I bet seeing this has confirmed they made the right decision for their own careers.

Trust is required on and off the pitch, and for the team off the field the trust will have evaporated. Fawaz could have explained this to Pearce who could have thrown in his own ideas and suggestions, but this option was not provided.

This will eventually digress to on the field. Need to learn the word trust FAYAZ and this is an attribute essential to team sports.

For all those that trust in FAWAZ, I wouldn't as it won't be long before he's pulled more of the carpet from Pearces feet.

Yes bring in the old and get rid of the young!!

Not sure Pearce's skills will be fully stretched coaching the has beens.

However it looks like he will be coaching some youngsters for Newcastle after all this season. but as for the long term vision for the forest team.

{Ed034's Note - players like holt can help bring on the likes of veldwijk and walker, as well as still do us a job as back up

Im sure Lansbury will threaten to leave again in the next window. It will become similar to a Rooney at Man U and why?

Some players should be grateful they are working for Forest alongside the likes of Pearce and it is not the other way round.

I think he should have gone - sends a clear message out. The club is bigger than the players.
