Just a thought regarding team selection for the rest of the season. please Warbo don't play Ward central or Brereton out wide but swap them. Also don't put Clough and Osbourne in the starting line I've said it before either / or not both just behind the strikers and finally please do introduce some pace either starting or on the bench as options ie Carayol, Peirreira, or the so far invisible Arikiwi.

Finally give Brereton some support up top and at least consider Vellious. Napoleon said he'd always prefer a lucky general rather than a good one but Warbo should maximise the teams chances. I still think we'll stay up by the skin of our teeth by the way so COYR.

Agree with much of your comments Stokeyred. In this frustrating season there have been failings everywhere, on and off the pitch, at times.
However, as much as I respect and like Cohen, Vaughan and Osbourne as individuals, I think the most consistent shortcoming has been a midfield that lacks pace, strength and creative passing. Add the need for a really strong charismatic leader e. g. McKenna.
Sadly I think at least two of these three midfielders need replacing for next season.

Hey guys, never mind our situation. Spare a thought for our former striker Garry Birtles., I'm really concerned for him. In his column in the NEP, he's say'n "all I seem to do is look at fixtures". I reckon he must have spent too long in his local Homebase over Easter. 😋😋😋.
