Hi Red James,
I think your suggested team would have got 3 points yesterday.
That said the 11 that played should never have lost a 2 goal lead to a team of Bournemouth’s standing. They need to look at themselves and learn fast.
Better selection is needed though and the necessary adjustments to formation on a game by game basis implemented.

No pace in that midfield and both are defensive minded that with 3 at the back and 2 wingbacks would give you 8 defensive players.

Lodi is way ahead of Toffolo in all respects but especially in pace.

Not been impressed with lodi so far not sure what Toffolo did wrong to be dropped like a hot potato he defended well and his run for the west ham goal is our only win, and as for the midfield you don't always need pace Kouyate proved that by far our best player with a great padding range those front 3 are quick, yes it's 2 defensive midfielders but as a short term stop gap to adapt to the prem were literally giving goals away for fun 12 in 3 games but I think freuler and kouyate are forward thinking players certainly better than Yates or colback going fowards maybe swap fruler for O'brien.
