This was always on the cards as the club is desperate for money, as I keep saying. This does not surprise me I'm gutted all the same! A truly excellent player who will go on to be a great of world football, mark my words, I'm sure of it.

Oliver Burke remember the name and that he was once a red! Next Gareth bale 100%. As I said pereira will now play right wing and LICHAJ go back to right back and lam probably a left back or vice Versa which isn't good news either. This is a kick in the teeth and bargain but quality additions are needed.

What a load of rubbish again lol obviously the lad wanted to go else he would of said no if the money is reinvested it will show a good bit of buisness 13 million for a lad that cost us nothing he was happy to go good luck to the lad and let's hope we get some more good signings by wednesday.

We are actually worse than Leeds. off the pitch that is. Yet another talant sold on before he`s able to really contribute to the club. At least Leeds hold on the theirs a little longer. really dissappointed. I`m sure if Assombalonga had`nt got injured he`d have been sold as well. can`t blame Burke really, but as said, its an odd place to go. IMHO he should have stopped with until the end of next season and really shone. i'm sure he could then have gone to a bigger team and got a regular game?

You are all mad.
He has scored 6 goals in 31 games, slightly over £2m a goal, to blame Fawaz is a complete joke, if the lad had any ambition he would not be joining Liepzig but money talks and he has taken his cut of the transfer fee and the new wages. Sad that he feels that is a good career move, he could have waited for United or Chelsea or City if he really felt he had the talent to go all the way. Don't blame Fawaz for this lad and his agent cutting and running. I suspect nobody will ever pay more for him.

The final decision wether to go or not would have been Burke's. We can argue that the bid wasn't enough but once the club accepted it was all down to the player to make his choice. You can't force anybody to up sticks and move to Germany. It's a strange choice to me and I just hope he hasn't based his decision from a financial point of view.

so he negotiated a contract with Leipzig and his release from Forest and flew to Germany without knowing what was happening over the weekend ? not so sure about that.
this sort of stuff happens to vast majority of clubs, look at Southampton over the last couple of years, they lost 6 or 7 players.
On the plus side, anyone hear the interview with Gary Brazil on Sat?
he was saying the the club has several youngsters pushing for for the first team squad and some of the younger ones are playing in older age group.
Sounded really positive about the talent production line.
