I understand that Oscar Garcia has agreed a 3 year deal in principle, pending the approval from the FA on the takeover which should go through by the end of next week. Until then, don't expect anything to come out of the club as it's in a state of limbo.

The longer we hear nothing the more I wonder if Martin o Neill has agreed to a deal. He is a very professional old school type of manager and I wonder if nothing is being said so Rep of Ireland's Euros are not affected. I'm not suggesting this is fact. Just a theory as to the wait.

Garcia is certainly interesting but Warnock would be my choice. I know he's stated he wants one more season and all that but if it were a successful season, I'm sure he'd stay on.
