I'm sorry but Tactical awareness needs to be better. Last night we saw that Stuart and his back room team are capable of reading the oppositions tactics, however the time it took to make the changes to combat this was far too long. We need someone at the club to watch teams religiously. I think we need to spend more time watching the opposition on video and we need someone who is tactically aware to watch teams and get the players into systems to not only stop the opposition but beat them tactically which will enable us to win the game.
More work off the training pitch for me.
Players need to be more aware, sooner, of what they are about to face.

No I'm not but as a tactician Billy was very good. all I'm saying is a few of the methods used by Billy In regards to his tactics were very good. We obviously don't do enough of it hence why teams are playing right through us.
