One question i'd like to ask is this. Most of us can predict what our style of play will be from now until the end of the season. If we do sell, Antonio, mancienne, Hobbs and Paterson, where will Lansbury and Britt be come January 31st?

I think The Football League have had more than enough time to decide the fate of QPR. If they now decide to upheld any embargo then QPR have an unfair advantage over every other team in the Championship. If they don't pay their reported £55m fine with no consequence why should we adhere to our transfer embargo? Surely it's one rule for all? I think the media need to push the Football League into a decision on the matter now rather than wait for a court of Law to decide. If they do win their case then our embargo should be automatically lifted leaving us unfairly penalised over the past and the up and coming season. Sort it Now as the system quite clearly doesn't work.

Why?its a good thing for the club not spending more money and putting us in more debt.we all want stability and for the club to carry on as a club.
Yes the qpr situation is dragging on but I can't see the logic in us coming out the embargo so we can spend more money!if we came out the embargo there would be more expectation and fans would want too signings to push for the prem then moan when we are under an embargo again next season!

I think with the team we currently have we can only realistically play 1 formation; 4231. My team would be:
De Vries
Lichaj mills Hobbs fox (CCCC when fit)
Lansbury Osborne
Patto ward Antonio or switch them ad nauseum
Whoever is fit!
Id happily swap Lansbury or osbourne with Burke tesche or Mancienne, even Cohen depending on the game.

Cannock how has fawaz killed the club?the team will finish mid table so won't be heading to league 1.when fawaz came in he pumped money into the club and pumped a shed load into the academy and named it after our late owner,and we are seeing already that the money was well spent in developing young players and in when it gets it's next visit from the inspectors it will be a cat 1 academy so will be one of the best in the country.shocking owner!

Need Blackstock or similar upfront to hold up the ball and at least challenge in the air. Mancienne is not a defensive midfield player so need Vaughn or similar in front of back four. Have my doubts about De Vries being fit for full season so could do with another experienced keeper.

UTF fawaz doesn't run the club properly. He has made us a laughing stock in the transfer market at times. We haven't got a shirt sponsor since he took over. And we can have the best academy in the world but if the 1st team isn't in the premiership then it counts for nothing. Plus how the hell do you know we will finish mid table??

The owner has made mistakes, but don't we all, Cannock forest football is a gamble, teams get relegated that sometimes surprises you, then you get Thames doing well and you think they will drop away but they don't.
We are not entitled to be in the Premiership, we need the right manager, a patient owner, and a bit of luck.

Fawaz hasn't picked the right manager though has he? Now we've got another crap manager and he can't even spend any money. Again this is down to fawaz. If our current team got relegated this season I wouldn't be surprised.

Whatever you think of the owner, how many owners get the right manager?
As far as managers are concerned the owner is guilty of two things, one is wanting a big name manager, and two sacking managers too early.
I think he has learnt from that, as far as Df being a rubbish manager how can you tell from the short spell in charge?
Surely the lack of money will force the use of young players, that can not be a bad thing, if you use the youth system right look what it can do, take Southampton for example.
The only thing with using youth is they need time to adapt, and develop,sadly that means patience which Forest fans are not famous for.

If a company offers x amount which is less than what fawaz can offer why should he put there logo on our shirt when he can put more money in.when doughty was in charge we were losing over 1 million a year and then he left us with no squad which fawaz had to re build that cost us!

Fawaz has not ruined the club, he didn't understand what he was buying.
He thought he'd brought a Bentley with some accident damage, he's brought an allegro full of filler.
Had he have brought is in 1998 he would have brought what he thought he had brought.
We were rotten well before he brought the club.

Dare to and up the forest you talk a load of twaddle. The fact we have no sponsor tells me no companies want to do business with fawaz because he's dodgy. Plus with FFP we need other sources of income. Every club in the league had a sponsor other than us. What does that tell you?? Fawaz is a cowboy and DF is a rubbish manager

We already have two up and coming young keepers who are both rated very highly, if we move for a keeper in the summer I think it will be someone with more experience not another young lad who is not ready. Personally though I would stick with Doris d v and evitmov for next season and use resources for other positions.

I'm sorry but Tactical awareness needs to be better. Last night we saw that Stuart and his back room team are capable of reading the oppositions tactics, however the time it took to make the changes to combat this was far too long. We need someone at the club to watch teams religiously. I think we need to spend more time watching the opposition on video and we need someone who is tactically aware to watch teams and get the players into systems to not only stop the opposition but beat them tactically which will enable us to win the game.
More work off the training pitch for me.
Players need to be more aware, sooner, of what they are about to face.

Negativity gets you nowhere
Bad business all round.
1. If you have serious money you wouldn't sell your quality young assets regardless of price.
2. Evidence of the owner sanctioning deals against the wish and advice of the manager.
3. Forget the loan back their heads won't be in it.
4. There wages will suppress the other squad members and will undoubtedly upset the apple cart.
5. You've clearly upset the manager at a key stage of the season, 5 days before it's due to start.
6. Remember The manager picks the team. the manager signs the players. the manager only sells who he wants to sell.
I apologise unhappy red today, sincerely hope we turn it into a positive!
I'm sorry but bad move Fawaz, there must be a good reason and I can only think it's for MONEY as FFP as we all know can be got around.
