Can anyone advise.
Friend of mine as paid for 2 tickets but they have not arrived thru post. He's phoned ticket office and they have no info bout sale. But he's got proof of sale and knows his seat numbers. I think they've been stolen in post what should he do? As this happened to anybody before can he turn up to ground with proof and get in

I would suggest yooze turn up at game with proof of purchase then ticket office would decide whose got the right tickets!

Only thing he could do is go down ticket office in more with proof in hand and argue it out with the staff in there and if that don't work get the manager in. if the money has gone out and there's proof you shouldn't have a problem.

There was a few duplicate tickets I heard, about 150 but it was all sorted. If he has the confirmation email and it was all in his name is take proof of identity and conformation email down ticket office 1st thing in morning and have it out with them. I hope he gets it sorted mate!
