It goes with out argument that Lansbury is quality but he is slightly injury proan how many games will we get out of him against a decent offer for him and reinvest in another gem I think sp has already on his radar? Thoughts ed

{Ed034's Note - I read that he has only played 40% of games he has been here.

He picks up far too many bookings when he plays so suspensions come into that fact also. I think we should move him on as it appears that he wants to go. Nick Powell would be the ideal player to come in if we could get him on a season long loan.

Lansbury has played 61 league games out of 95, I make that just over 60%.

{Ed034's Note - like I said, it's a stat I got told. Maybe meant missed 40%

Which ever way you look at it still a lot of games missed, with Reid missing only a few games less than Lansbury, was a really bad year for injury's , hope Pearce has brought some better luck with him, or better training methods, because the amount of injury's last season didn't make sense.

It looks like he is doing everything he can to prove he is a true professional by getting his head down and getting back to fitness. we need players like this. weather someone is interested or not he is applying himself like a pro should. and when he gets fit he will give 100%. he is happy and loves the club why can't we just accept that?suarez had loads of speculation and wanted a move but he carried on for another season and played quality. I say talk to him and say stay for this season if we don't make it you can leave.

Don't see ed how you can say 40% for most of his first season he struggled to break into the side

{Ed034's Note - don't see your point and I'm just pointing out what i was told.
The reason he did not get straight in to the team was injury and fitness

Why do people keep going on about HL's injury record?

He BROKE HIS BACK!! lol

It's not like a knee falls off ever time he goes forward or pulls a muscle every other game?

Few less yellow cards wouldn't hurt though.
