Hi Ed, I hope you post this, not as a rumour but a statement from myself about the ongoings at Forest.
I wish some fans would educate their selves on FFP and understand that losing £10 million a year is not viable without bringing in some money from somewhere.
Selling players of Lascelles and Darlows ability isn't ideal but we are not going to get £3-7 million for players like Cox, Collins, Harding, Blackstock or Halford, all of whom are squad players at Forest but would be top players at other championship clubs.
I support Nottingham Forest Football Club, I support the players that pull on the famous red shirt on a match day with the forest crest and to lose a player is nothing compared to having to face the prospect of not having Forest around at all if the books are not balanced.
We are in a situation at Forest where we are the envy of a lot of teams, look at our close neighbours Notts, they have had less success than us but the bickering between fans and fans or fans and owners don't go on as much over that side of the trent.
Now from what I've heard losing Lascelles will be forgotten if and when Roger Reira breaks in to the first team picture and if like Pearce said Dorus and Dimi can't step up he's got a year to look for a keeper and rumours suggest Butland could be coming in on loan, Pearce can attract top players so let's not worry.
Sorry I've gone on for so long but fans need to calm down and support the club, not individuals and stop our fierce rivals from down the A52 from laughing in our direction, we are giving them too much ammunition.

{Ed034's Note - thanks kev
