Today proved that not hiring an impact manager was folly. Why oh why have we gone down this route of trying to hire an impact manager and then u-turning?

All that's a debate that's irrelevant of course as are where we are.

A seeming lack of off field structure, a seeming lack of off field organisation, 'meet and greets', misunderstood tweets, average signings, signings of good players with clear injury histories, unplayed star signings, multiple stories of unpaid bills. and time for me to change my 'sign off' it would seem.

It's ok to ask the tough questions in life.

Time for some explanation about our club structure. I'm not expecting answers on funding per se. But why oh why do we still not have a CEO or CFO, or do we?

5th to 8th

{Ed034's Note - they looked at hiring one and he said no, so we moved on. It's been confirmed a CEO is coming in.
Even for your posts, this is moaning for the sake of moaning and pointless

The lack of structure and quality of decision making is poor. That's my point. And it's getting worse I'd say. I dare say a lot of fans agree.

We are two years in. Not two weeks. And only now we want to get a CEO in?

I've no idea whether the stories that allude to payments etc are right or wrong. But when added to everything else, it needs to make people ask questions.

That's a moan yes. But don't let that hide the point I'm making. You should be asking yourself the bigger questions too. We all should.

5th to 8th

{Ed034's Note - it has been stated a CEO will come in by the summer.
You just find things to bang on about and it's getting very boring now.

5th to 8th it puzzles me why you support Forest you seem to hate everything about the club. First its Fawaz and his running of the club then its Billy and his running of the team now you don't like the appointment of Stuart Pearce as BDs replacement, and Ian sure when we do bring in a CEO you will hate him too. I am pleased that SP has not started as manager immediately
He could not do much better with this bunch of players than GB can (I say this with sincerity not adversely)
Start anew Stuart from next season with your players, a pre season together and more team togetherness
Best of luck Stuart the Forest fans are in full support of you

It's not forest he has a problem with, it's fawaz ask yourself why does he only post when things are bad, he is working to an agenda

5.) 09 Apr 2014
When fawaz bought the club, Arthur and the pyes had a rival bid, however they failed to match the bid or place a deposit, 5TH to 8th had a connection with Arthur, this is why since the takeover 5th has used various forums under different names to criticize fawaz whenever the club is experiencing difficult times, he will never mention the good fawaz has done, the best example for me is the signing of Cohen, Patterson, etc on long term contracts when previously they would have left for nothing, the ground was neglected for years fawaz is upgrading the ground, we have a owner who is forest mad and will do everything in his power to get us in the premier, we really are lucky to have him as a owner.

Not agreeing with everything this man says but two years to hire a CEO is taking the mickey really isn't it. It should have been done immediately, not two years in.

{Ed034's Note - it has only been decided this year, so it's not been two years.
