Another fantastic result and Nuno masterclass. We rode our luck in the first half to be fair and at times they were all over us. But they have some top players. Second half we had more control of the game and should have scored a second goal. Sels, Murrillo, Aina, Anderson, Elanga excellent. Wood had a poor game and didn't win a battle and couldn't hold the ball up - Awoniyi deserved a chance at half time. Think Wood needs a rest so maybe start with Awoniyi at Everton. He put himself about when he came on but only 5 mins. Any fear of a relegation battle officially over and start planning a new stand, better facilities for next season. What a season so far!

You were watching a different game to me Rhr. Wood won every header, held the ball up superbly and ran his socks off. Awoniyi is a cart horse at this level. He had one chance where it bounced off his his knee but instead of squaring it he tried the impossible. Not for me dropping Wood. He is the constant in the team the best signing in years…. Have you looked at awoniyi trying to run? His legs are gone and so will he be in January.

RHR, the ground is in need of a new build.
Regarding the Nuno masterclass, he is starting many matches with the best eye watering attacking players available to him, however he makes a lot of changes that turn us from being a real threat into defending for our lives. i'm not convinced this if this a masterclass tactic or merely trying to keep the players happy.
Away from home, more understandable? - whilst at home squeeze the pedal down and go for more goals.

Keeping players happy is a key and difficult aspect of management - you have to be fair and honest. This breeds confidence in the squad. The toilet situation at the ground is a joke and also dangerous (if you go) - fundamental improvement. Tottenham had £60M class players available to them, Nuno is doing it with £15M class players?

Yes red, although I think some of our players would know fetch 60 million, Murillo, MGW would maybe command that now. Very much get your point though mate. For me Anderson is a key player for us as well - phenomenal work rate and looks like a real talent.
I would say every player we have (except Sangare) has gained significant value this season. I’d actually like to see us move Sangare on, there is a player in there but he doesn’t work hard enough and lacks the courage and spirit to make an impact in This current team, he will never bring what Yates brings to this team.
