I must admit the squad looks a bit sparse now that the loanees have gone especially before the Prem. Imo the best team we can put out atm with the squad as it stands, playing SC s. 352 would be Samba, Finn Back and Laryea as wing backs, usual 3 centre backs Worrall McKenna and Cook, Yates, Cafu and Colback in mid field with Brennan and Surridge up top.
That leaves the likes of Horvath, Mbe Soh, Panzo, Taylor, Silva, Mighten and Lolley as back up.
The clocks ticking but in Murphy, SC and big Mr M we trust . ????.

Billy Davies always said Derbys dire 12 Prem points was because they came up by the playoffs meaning they had less time to build a team before the season started.

It is a good thing that we have a small squad, as we have money to spend. Sick of ending up with a squad of 40odd players nobody wants. Better to build on top of a few decent players than have to shift 20 just to add 5 or 6.
