Mate of mine was telling me of, the nonce from Sunderland who was sent down. He had footballers money which secured his safety inside. I was absolutely gutted tbh. Anyone laid one hand never mind anything else on my daughter wouldn't want to come out believe me. don't ever think that's me bragging. I just couldn't live with it so why should they. My oldest is at Edinburgh court tomorrow morning, mentioned on here last week. He was working in Scotland. Went for a pint, bouncers threw him out. Saying they had barred him the week before. My son tried arguing with them saying he's from England and was nowhere near the place. Anyway one of them from new Zealand followed him. My son tried to run. Then tried to hide down some stairs, you know the Scottish houses that lead down to a basement flat . Anyway bouncer found him my sons cornered so gives him a real hiding . you know there going to go with the bouncer. Again none of you are ever going to really know me . But you can probably look up the case. It's what you do. Bring your kids up to look after themselves against bullys. Not force young fragile girls to do what there told etc. As for England i was watching them and rooting playing netball last week. I'll be there supporting this country like i do forest through anything. Never let management etc put you off. Be proud of us .

Hope all goes well for him mate, a few things should go his way as the bouncer would have no reason to go chasing or looking for him. Fingers crossed for you both 🤞.

Hope all goes well Bowie.
Bouncers think they have a right to use violence as Bravado.
A good hook below the ear is all that's needed to make them think twice.
All they are is overgrown bloated bullies.

Yes good luck to your lad Bowie. Surely the fact that the bouncer chased him and it took place a distance away from the pub ( plus the injuries sustained compared with the bouncers if any ) should help his cause. Scottish law is entirely different from ours here in England so I think he might just be bound over to keep the peace or the Scottish equivalent which doesn’t count as a recordable conviction. It sounds as if the bouncer should be in the dock anyway for unreasonable use of force.

I've just spoke to him stokey, the bouncer is the one with all the injuries mate. Only thing with my boy is his hand was like a balloon, and a gash where the bouncer tried to bite his thumb off. His solicitor said exactly how you mentioned bound over to keep the peace with a hefty fine. And thanks btw mate.

I'm confused dot com.
It's the bouncer that got a good hiding?
You made it sound like your son got the hiding mate.

No problem Bowie. It could have been worse mate your son wouldn’t want to be in any prison never mind a Scottish one. Has he had to pay the hefty fine up front? As I say Scottish law is entirely different from ours. In England you get bound over in the sum of say £250 for say 2 years So you don’t pay up unless you are convicted over that period of time. It’s like a warning really. Goes back to Common Law Justices of the Peace Act 1361 ( that’s not a misprint it really is an ancient law updated ) .

He was 1st there this morning stokey, and he's still not gone in Ff79 no it's the Bouncer pressing charges mate, my sons put him in hospital on the night. (Probably after compensation) he's a handful the lad, he's actually 40 16th of this month. Told him his pubs/ nightclubs with bouncers are finished to which he's agreed. He doesn't look much and I've never known him to look for trouble. Just loses it with bullying.
