Will be interesting to see if the introduction of c.v. passes will effect the attendance on Saturday. Just had to get my dad all sorted on the NHS app so he can get in.

It's bound to affect attendance gazza, when you put more obstacles in the way and frighten people.
Just because we've had two or more jabs doesn't mean we aren't carrying the c.v. without knowing, that's what makes it a useless exercise, it will create long queues that's a certainty.

Having lost most of November to c.v. thought I was a goner and that's with 2 vac, s I will keep away from large groups of people for a while till the new year, I've had my 3rd Vax now and should be full of antibodies but do not believe anybody knows enough about any of this.

My missus been suffering with long c.v. for over year now and has to attend hospital for it.
On strong inhalers, lost her balance and had to give up work, the balance is improving, but we both decided to just get on with life as we can't live under restriction forever.
Hope you get well redbrad and have no long term effects.

Sorry to hear that 79 mate, redbrad when the wife 1st came over she was actually living in Michigan at the time. Shes one of those who is against the jabs etc. She's in Wisconsin now. i wish her well, but as you mentioned ignorance gets you no where. And i also agree we just don't know enough about it. We have around 6 x shiftworkers off at the moment with it. i'm dayshift, we are separated from them. Own canteen, showers etc. I asked the top manager to keep them away from us, as i know they pop into our canteen on nightshift, his reply don't worry too much the new variant isn't that bad, height of f#n ignorance.

Professor whitty doing his best to make sure no one enjoys Christmas and new year jolly.
He won't listen to any scientist that has a different opinion.
And there lies the problem with this government, top adviser last year drove from London to the northeast because he wasn't a risk in his own mind, all these advisors won't listen to anyone who doesn't conform to their way of thinking, very dangerous.
