Real shame it didn't work out for C H, honourable player and manager, just ran out of ideas . Don't understand what we owe Steven Reid? Surely at this time when we are really in the soft stuff we need to turn to people we can trust to steady the ship, those who know the club inside out are proven and are dynamic and are prepared to bust a gut and are respected by the youngsters on the edge of the first team and & have never let us down, I pray Gary Brazil and Andy Reid be given the responsibility of getting us back on the rails before taking another RISK with unknown quantities to us . Depends on the coach.
It's about making a team out of the squad, which is better than half in the division.
It's knowhete the finished article but needs confidence and a smile back on the players faces.
I haven't seen a player smile under hughton and any workplace can't succeed 8f the workers aren't happy.

as per normal. names being bandied about for manager, i'd would wait and not rush into appointing someone who would be no better, clough NO. aladyce NO he's corrupt. a lot of the players need to do what there paid to do. most look knackered after 5 minutes of running around, defence is non existent, i would not pay to see this crap. my first forest game was in 1961 when i was 9. there were crap then. but not as bad as they are now.
