Listen as forest fans, we are all entitled to our opinion in regards to team selection, formations, strategies that's what a site like this is for, but the constant negativity on here would get ya down, Stoke City tomorrow tough game but let's get behind the team and management think positive, honestly I don't think Samba, figs, colback, yates, grabban, should start don't rate any of them but it is what it is, these players must perform if we are to get a result, on the other hand what a player zinkernagel is, and garner on his way back too, maybe fornah will play, maybe start carvalho, Taylor back into team or give Swann a run, all things that are positive to maybe look forward to, just try stop negativity it's getting everyone down in what's already tough times, I actually think Houghton should should go but I won't go on and on bout it if it happens it happens, and then we will get on board with the next manager.

I think its a good and fair post. Even the point of starting with carvallaho. He may not make it at this level but what has grabban shown in the last 18 months? Stoke will be trong and powerfull we need to negate this and see if we can score.

We all have differing opinions, positive or negative. Unfortunately, I personally don't see anything to be positive about. Believe me, I will give credit where it's due, but lately I am unable to give any. CH has had more than enough time to sort the issues out. Part of last season, a full pre-season, and almost an entire transfer window. We needed strikers, so he goes in for a goal keeper and defenders (even before out latest situation with the defence he was eyeing up defenders) . We keep bemoaning the fact that Yates and Colback CANNOT play together (they are awful), but CH still persists in that partnership. Our main striker is over the hill, and let's face it, looks as though he cannot be bothered most games. And making him captain is farcical. but not so much as making Yates captain (that simply baffles me) .
Part of me thinks that perhaps Marinakis has already made his mind up to pull the trigger, and perhaps he's not making the money available for transfers, because maybe he doesn't want to give it to someone who is about to be deep-sixed (as my dad would say) . CH's subs are a complete mystery, not to say they are mainly totally inept, just like the tactics. if you can call them that. He takes players off who are - at the particular moment - the best player on the pitch (Mighten, the other day for instance), doesn't take advantage when we can (when Bournemouth went down to 10 men. how long did he take to make a change!? ) . At the moment, sad as it may seem, I really don't have any inclination to carry on paying that much attention anymore. And that is squarely down to CH's way of playing. and of course, some of the current crop of players. Not all, but some.

great post. couldn't have put it better myself. i try to be positive but there's nothing to be positive about at the moment apart from the sun has just come out and I'm finishing work at 2 today and having a few well earned beers.
