We have four season tickets that need renewing for next season. It’s with a heavy heart that we have decided that we won’t be doing that- instead just attending the odd game here and there. Been a reds supporter for 50 years, this is the hardest decision but enough is enough. We’ve had some great memories- and some bad ones 🤣
Megsonball and Platt were low points, Joke Kinnear and the Wally with the brolly equally as bad.
But this all now seems far worse, the club squandering money on deadbeats and foreign mercenaries. It’s the only way we feel that we can politely vent our anger at the dross this DOF has signed. CH might not be the greatest manager on the planet, but the old saying goes “you can’t make a silk purse out of a sows ear” comes to mind. His blind faith mind you in players like Bong is baffling.
Until we turn the corner and invest in youth and hungry players like Brentford have we will continue to struggle and go round in circles.

Totally agree, we too are 4 season ticket holders (lower Trent end) and we're definitely considering not renewing for the first time ever. They don't come and see us when we are bad!

We were doing better with Martin O'Neill. The managers since then have to take some blame. Sorry if that is not a popular point of view.

When Martin was in charge a section of people on here called his football ‘ dinosaur ‘ football, and were glad to see him go, some were on his case before he picked his 1st team, I think surely what is obvious the amount of managers we’ve appointed can’t all have been crap, for years now there’s been a fundamental problem holding the football club back, wish I knew what it was,

There is a very simple answer every owner we have had over the last 15 years thinks money can buy success tomorrow. Football doesn't work like that. You have to build gradually and with football people hiring and firing players. Our recruitment hasn't worked since Doughtys acquisition committee. Just when Billy was getting there we didn't back him by getting the 2 or 3 extra players to push on and we haven't looked forward since. Most signings in recent season's have been expensive fire fighting not a strategic plan to build the club. Until we have an owner who gives a manager the 2.5 years Clough needed things won't change.

Dont blame you redfrog I'm of the same mind. Just not going to bother renewing, it's supposed to be entertainment and its total dross but again it was the same last season and I got called blind by most on here for saying so. Especially ff79 who insisted we were going up and now his the biggest critic of the dross being churned out and quite rightly so.
I've just had enough I guess it's heartbreaking for the fans who are amongst the best and most loyal in the country. Just can't take it anymore boys life to short to be in a bad mood every weekend 🎈.

Blame the hierarchy but us fans also need to take some blame - we don’t give anybody any time to settle in and we certainly wouldn’t give a player 6 months to settle and improve. Two good games and we’ve got a world beater one bad game or a couple of misses and they should be shipped out 🤷🏻‍♂️.

There are managers out there that can make a difference with any group of players. Just look at Barnsley right now 🙄.

the cowley brothers did a great job at the imps, would like to see them at forest but i don't think it would work. too many egos on the pitch and off it. any young manager who comes in would have to contend with the know it all or not in forests situation clowns who run this s. t storm of a club.

The Cowley brothers are the same is Neil Harris, a younger but less expert version of McCarthy, warnock etc .

it pains me to say this, but i had to agree with all warnock had to say last night, they were robbed. but back to our sorry situation. there has to be somone down at gresham close who has a pair to stand up and say it isn't working. andy reid was never lost for words before. why not put in a couple of the younger forwards, let's be right we can't buy a goal at the moment so put the kids in sod all to lose.

It's all to do with the politics of the club, I don't mean westminster. It's just as important that the behind the scenes tactics are running smoothly, which clearly they are not.
In the league we have not been overrun mostly beaten by the odd goal . At the end of the day goal diff might be important. What a state of affairs we are in, I just like redfrog did exactly that two and a half years ago, my blood pressure can't take it.
