Would love Psycho back very passionate as a player and manager of the reds. Just ashame it didn't work out as the reds boss could and would have done so much to help in the restructuring of the club and he would have brought passion to the wider community as well.

His passion for Forest is un unmistakable and it would have been great to see him here for the long term as the boss still we will never forget Osbourns winner and Psychos over the top blood boiling passionate celebration and at the shaggers ground aswell. It was worth him being in charge just for that game absolute class.

Pearce had terrible luck with injuries and was so disrespected by fawaz it still hurts me. I said it then and stick by it. I think pearce backroom staff were not seen as good enough by the players. Its hard to coach a defence just ask john terry!
