It will cost more to replace him than we would get for him. Lewis is annoying it's true but he is also very talented and has the knack of scoring vital and spectacular goals: no one else does! We need to keep him and major on his consistancy becdause if he can play to the top of his game most of the time, he's a real asset and pretty irreplaceable.

How do we 'keep him'? He's a free agent, we can offer him a deal but if he get's another offer then it's up to him.

Simples offer him money one of the lowest urners on the forest books miller on 3 times as much pay him the right money ie around the 10 grand mark with the promise to triple his wagers should we get in prem and also a bonus for every goal he scores funny how the chance to urn a little more gets you that extra 10 % it's only human nature!

I agree but that is his problem one min he is one of the best at the club the next he is the worst would offer him a deal but wouldn't break the bank he would be easy to replace with a player that's prob not quite as talented but far more consistent so the 2 balance out for me

Get off his back? No one can deny the fact he scored a few goals last season but come on how many clubs have clambered for his signature in the past? Get rid and move on he has had enough chances at NFFC to prove his worth!

From a DCFC fan - Lewis is one of your best players on his day, just a little inconsistant at times. If he played week in week out in his natural position in the middle or just off the striker he would easy get you 15 goals a season. All you reds forget that without his goals last season you would have been mid table like us and a couple of years ago he was not only your top scorer but you fans voted him top player! Short memories! {Ed034's Note - thank you for your comment but you do not watch him week in week out and only see his wonder goals on the fl show.
he frustrates forest fans because he looks lazy and will only produce in 10/15% of games a season.
If somebody could get him up to 33% of games then he is worth his place in the team, but until then he will always be more of a super sub

People call Mcgugan for being "lazy" and only producing sporadically yet rave on about Radi Majewski who plays 5/6 decent games a season and looks lazy in the rest. I would love Mcgugan to sign a new deal, best player at the club. {Ed034's Note - I would play lewis ahead of radi everytime
