The Scottish Sun reported that Forest in England scouted Lawrence Shankland on Friday and are thinking of tabling a £2m bid for him. He has scored 17 goals this season and made some assists.

A Scottish Championship striker is hardly going to fire us to promotion? Sooner go shopping in the first division of the better European Leagues?

That is equivalent of saying if a player comes from Brazil he must be a good player, if a player can run a hundred meters in around ten seconds he can he will run through any defence. I do however think £2m is not enough when McGinn cost more than that.

Sometimes a punt comes off any striker that hits the net regular should not be dismissed, its all down to the price and the gamble taken.

With a name like Cummings he is always going to be shattered, nothing like if one is bad they must be eh.

Never know shankland may be a decent signing sounds like he knows where the back of the net is, but walker as proved he knows where the back of the net is and walker as done it in our leagues all be it lower leagues cummings biggest problem was his mental attitude and thinking he was better than he probably is.
