Just looking at the first team squad on official website. 31 players. Sabri wants a squad of about 23/ 24. Come January try to get rid of pants, muric, milosavic, benalouane, hefele, yacob, Mir, and Clough. Try and offload Carvalho to Olympiacos and that leaves 22. Sign a striker and a good gutsy box to box midfielder and we are sorted for a push to the big time. Forget the top 6 it's all about the top 2 for me.

A very tenuous friend of a friend (colleagues partners grand daughters grand father) is a Leicester scout and according to my colleague Leicester are looking at Worrall. I’d let him go for about £25m.

If were serious about promotion I wouldn't let him go for any amount, surprised you would let him go.

Yates is our box-to-box midfielder, don't need any more.

Agree with most of the departures but wouldn’t let Carvalho go or Worrall. Probably keep Pants too as back up.

I think the area we need to strengthen is an extra striker. Not much else needed.

I would let Carvalho go. If our owner could make a bumper deal to Olympiacos happen to raise some funds for a striker I'd be happy. Without a doubt Joao has talent in there somewhere, but for the money we paid for him, I expected him to be tearing up the Championship, but instead he just toddles around the pitch and loses the ball way too much.

I'm sorry, I must have read that wrongly, suggestions of offloading Carvalho to Greece. What utter tosh! That man is one of the most talented players I've seen pull on the garibaldi in years. In his first full season in English football, he contributed to 12 goals, never mind all the other chances he created, the dribbles, the runs at oppositions defences, the nutmegs, the first time passes, the one-twos, the ability to make play tick and to make play move faster.

His speed of thought is something else, his ability to create and find room is delightful, and personally he's given me more moments of pure pleasure watching Forest than I can remember. He's not perfect, he's young, he will make mistakes and he will give the ball away. BUT, I'd rather he give the ball away 2 out of 5 times, if he's trying a forward pass, or an incisive pass, or something positive the other 3 out of 5 times. He's coming back to fitness this year after a pretty bad injury and has already created opportunities all over the place.

I really don't know what more you want from a 22 year old. He's a player that could be in the Forest team for a long time hopefully. Just ruddy get behind the players we have that are giving 100% every game, because its working at the moment. I don't want 11 Carvalhos, but I also wouldn't want 11 Watsons or Sows.
