Here's how I think it will pan out
Bournemouth 1 Forest 2
Bournemouth 2 Millwall 0
Hull 1 Forest 3
Bournemouth 85pts good 36
Forest 85pts good 38
Forest promoted automatically on goal difference.

Rumours on Newcastle wanting brennan for 50 million. Crazy not to . i know its only rumours but surely he's worth more than 20 mil.

Think it’s more that they want 50 miilion for maximon which would free up money for them to try and get Brennan. So not 50 million but would put the price up a certain amount 🤷🏻♂️.

I think in Johnson and spence we have gold on our hands. I think, even if we fail to go up this season then Forest need to think bigger picture with holding on to Johnson and pushing the boat out to get spence. It’s around these two that building for the future will be massive for confidence and attracting the quality needed to maintain that big push.

Without promotion we have zero chance of signing spence would need a bid of around 20 Mill we just don't have that money.

Word from Switzerland is that the deal being struck between The Swatch Group, and the EFL for limited edition Swatch watches with club logos on the watch face has been approved for 71 of the current 72 clubs.
A single club has been omitted due to unresolved Football issues.
Derby perhaps?

Months fly by without them turning up on time for a final efl ultimatum.

Interesting article in the Nottingham Paste by Max Lowe . He want to stay and says a
ALL the loans want to stay, they love it so much. Interesting.
Who do you think we could end up with permanently .
Lowe . yes Davies . yes . Zinc. yes.
Spence . no. Garner . mmm don't know. 🎈.

Think it depends if we get promoted, if so then they’ll all stay and if not probably none as premier teams will have seen how good they are.

Spence - Slight chance if we go up. No chance if we dont.
Lowe - Good chance if we go up. Little chance if we dont.
Garner - Might get another seasons loan if we go up. no chance if not.
Zinc - Might well be playing Championship football at Watford next season. Unlikely to be at Forest unless they try to make it permanent.
Davis - Good chance if we can agree a perm deal with Villa in the Summer.
Likely to lose 3-4 of them if we don't go up, plus Johnson/ Worrall etc will attract more interest. Without promotion this season, Murphy's going to have his work cut out again to bring in the required quality.

Agree. Davis is the one they will most likely sign.
If we go up, we can get better than Lowe. Zinc the same.

Crystal Palace are thought to be wanting Johnson in the summer, i think Johnson will get to play for a bigger team than Palace, i dare say should we go up we would then be a bigger team than Palace.

Being a big or a small club is irrelevant- we are 20 odd years behind a lot of clubs who we still class ourselves as bigger than. We just need to compete and try to establish ourselves as a top division club again. We have a lot of catching up to do but ’m sure we have the right team to have a good shot at it now though. We can’t expect miracles (again) can we? 🤷🏻♂️ 🤞.

I was not trying to make out we are better than we are just that if we were in the same league as Palace Johnson would see his future with us over Palace, though i did also point out Johnson will go to a bigger team than either of us.

He gets better with every game and his value increases.
We will get promoted then its down to Johnson
It's a win win situation.

Johnson will not go to the likes of palace. He is pivotal to forests future so give him a suitable contract with get out clauses. We have given the big bucks to average players so let’s look after a very rare talent homegrown.

So what future if he's pivotal?
He signs a contract with get out clause?
Well that's triggered immediately we don't get promoted.
So the comments make no sense.
His future won't be with forest next season if we are in the championship, contract or not, just a better fee.

Who’s the Johnson your on about then 79, the Johnson I’ve been watching has done great for Forest in his first full season, but as for getting better every game man, give it a rest, he’s been average at best over the last 8 games, gets a goal or a assist in a game I’ll admit, but also goes missing for long periods, and gets MotM in games on his blossoming reputation not for what he gives to Forest over 90 minutes, the lads done good, as for getting better every game, never.

Both RH and BF are still young lads, hopefully they'll sign a new deal because they've looked decent in the U23s and when given a first team opportunity. Pretty sure if they're good enough Cooper and Brazil et al will want to keep them on.
I trust the club to make good decisions with youngsters, they usually do. Even pre-Murphy.

Like both signings young and hungry, surridge determined to prove he can cut it as a striker in the championship which I think he will and ponzo a clearly talented footballer who can defend and create chances at the other end, looks more than capable of playing in midfield and chipping in with a few goals too.
Happy days some good signings this window and got rid of a few fringe players too, which will allow our youngsters to get more of a chance.
Bring on the foxes you reds.

21 now sutty and too many in front of them
Riley Harbottle just on out on loan to Wealdstone for a month.
With mbe soh and panzo in front of them I can't see them making the grade at forest.
To me 21 and you should be at least knocking on the door of the first team.

His brothers are
Baba 21 as well, I just look at the likes of worrall Johnson, mighten, finn back, getting first team action in their teens, you have to at keast be good enough to go out on loan to a league one or two side by the time your 20.
We have a tendency to keep calling them youngsters even when they are 23 and more.
Some very good kids in the under 18s that need to step up nowadays not have their paths blocked imo.
Swann, fornah, richardson won't make the grade either as forest first teamers.

Richardson should certainly be playing at a higher level than the National League - He looked decent in League Two last season, should really be having a go in League One, like Fornah.
I do get what you're saying, although some do develop late. Grabban, for example, was 23/ 24 before he started scoring regularly in League Two and was 25/ 26 before he had his first decent season in the Championship.

One of the reasons less are going out on loan, is that Brazil thinks the standard in Prem reserves that we are now in is higher than lower leagues.
