12 games left. We need to win at least 7 and at least drawing a few to make play offs.
Our run in int bad.
We can do it.

15 games left. If we remain undefeated we’re in the premier league!

27 Feb 2019 17:40:21
Like it floresta 👍

27 Feb 2019 17:57:03
We only have to win 12, not 15.

27 Feb 2019 17:57:54
Just realised the play off games.

27 Feb 2019 21:39:37
Can't believe it took that long 🤣🤣🤣

04 Mar 2019 15:06:59
we ain't getting into play off think logically we will muck this up like liverpool LOL

25 Feb 2019 21:46:34
Best defensive tight unit we've seen in years, then we attack with pace .
Championship bewere we are serious contenders.

FF, if the only thing that MON and RK learned from BC was build from the back, we're in safe hands. Would like more goals and control in games but obvious they're just getting the best out of the squad at their disposal. I would also suggest they are keeping it simple and back to basics, no more confused players on the pitch! Long may it continue and more than happy to make my charitable donation, especially if top 6 is achieved. COYR.

26 Feb 2019 12:00:26
It's the first time in years that I can watch crosses coming into our box and feel confident the centre backs will deal with them.
The team doesn't allow the opposition to run at us and the way Martin has put colback further forward allows us to win the ball higher up the pitch.
I just wish karanka had walked after the Ipswich game,I think we would have collected more points by now.

26 Feb 2019 13:01:59
The way Martin has changed things for the better Ff i think had Karanka left after the Ipswich game or earlier we would be in the play offs positions.

26 Feb 2019 20:00:31
Zonal marking under Karbala - hence why pants wouldn’t come off his line . Nobody has Concidence in what the other will do which makes them look like statues .

26 Feb 2019 21:56:50
Give me good old fashioned man marking ,any day of the week.

27 Feb 2019 12:27:46
It's strange when Mon was appointed certain individuals mocked him. Hmmmmmm!
Well things are definitely looking up.

27 Feb 2019 13:37:48
Fbb, No matter who joins us as manager there are always going to be some sceptics.

27 Feb 2019 19:24:12
I have to be honest I cannot recall anyone mocking M ON when he was appointed.

27 Feb 2019 20:31:51
Some questioned his appointment.

27 Feb 2019 22:50:41
Sutton has never been heard of since, took one look at the team sheet, went off on one we won and that's the last we heard.😁

25 Feb 2019 21:43:34
That was tense. Last year we would have let a couple in in extra time. Different spirit out there now!

22 Feb 2019 14:45:54
We have shown an interest in Lawrence Shankland at Ayr United. He's a striker aged 23.

Agree2 Disagree1

22 Feb 2019 18:31:02
Scored 29 goals in 33 games last season, and has scored 30 goals in 30 games this season.

22 Feb 2019 18:38:14
Beware Scottish strikers!

22 Feb 2019 19:30:04
Even Cummings scored goals in Scotland. Many years ago pre the Brian Clough area we signed another striker from Ayr Utd for £30,000 and for the life of me I cannot remember his name.

22 Feb 2019 19:56:53
Was it Alex Ingram?

22 Feb 2019 20:03:01
Alex Ingram

22 Feb 2019 20:10:13
Alex Ingram

22 Feb 2019 20:31:32
Nan a nah nah hey hey hey Alex Ingram ,played as a battering ram ,but just didn,t score .

22 Feb 2019 21:58:42
Always remember the evening post saying we'd signed Alex Ingram from Ayr United.
A six foot centre forward, they said, try five foot eight or nine when I saw him make his debut.
Awful player, but spilt more than his fair share of blood for us,never seen one player here with that many head bandages.
If we're talking Scottish strikers,we signed a gem in Peter cormack from hibs, class player

22 Feb 2019 23:02:25
There is a guy at Mansfield playing at a higher standard banging in the goals who cost us nothing!

23 Feb 2019 07:08:42
Yes it was Alex Ingram.Don’t think he scored many goals or how long he was at Forest.

23 Feb 2019 08:47:45
1969 -1971. 30 games,3 goals.

16 Feb 2019 21:53:08
We have been robbed of 6 points this season (Leeds, WBA and Preston) . With 55 points we would be in the pick n mix. When so much money is at stake and manager's jobs. it's not good enough and time for VARS.

Agree14 Disagree1

17 Feb 2019 09:45:36
I agree VAR is the answer. But I believe a side as in Cricket and Hockey should be limited to two requests each per half

17 Feb 2019 12:00:06
Totally agree doc m. It works well for tennis also. It's about time football came out of the dark ages!

17 Feb 2019 14:00:11
No. No limit. Just only use it on game deciding decisions. Only on Sending off, penalty and whether a goal is scored. All three of the 3 shockers would have been reviewed under that rule. Basically decisions that decide games should always be right!

At the same time, you can't start using it every time the whistle blows. But the decisions above should be right every time. Full stop!

18 Feb 2019 09:14:22
RC, you say whether a goal is scored, i take that to mean has the ball crossed the line, if there is any doubt.

What about when someone wins a free kick and it gets put away, would you want to check if they deserved the free kick.

18 Feb 2019 11:02:32
We have had our fair share of luck, too. Cash looked like he dived against Wigan to get us that penalty also clumsy darikwa’s airkick on that Derby player should’ve been a pen. But it’s different when it’s Derby tbh cause I hate them. And biggest of all we had a hell of a lot of luck in somehow getting rid of Gil Dias. Hates having possession that guy and loves a head-down run into nowhere.

18 Feb 2019 11:52:30
Fair share of luck lol,I was at villa-forest,we were lucky as duck to come away with a point from that one

18 Feb 2019 12:50:28
Biggest piece of luck we've had is AK walking for free.
No compensation to pay.

18 Feb 2019 13:30:45
Just remembered that villa game Figuereido was wrongly sent off!! Bloody card-happy refs!! Still look at Villa now ahhahahaha what a joke!!

18 Feb 2019 13:56:02
LC. What I mean is if the ball is in the net, replay it. A replay would show any foul, whether the ball crossed the line, etc. Grabban's goal would have stood.

18 Feb 2019 15:23:35
I’d say 8 points Red in Brazil if you include the Norwich away game, they equalised after the added time was up.

18 Feb 2019 19:57:30
TAP I think that the officials get round that by referring to it as the minimum amount of time added on.

16 Feb 2019 20:43:03
Good to see Martin sorting out our discipline on the pitch,is today our first game without a booking?
Starting to look like a proper team with discipline and the players understanding their roles and what is expected of them.

Can't do nothing about referees decisions and Martin is leading by example and while he's disapionted,he isn't going overboard about it.
Robinson has been one card away from a ban for a few games now, he wouldn't have managed that before Martin came,he's picked up some stupid bookings this season.

One which cost us the three points.
All in all we are getting better and stronger.

Agree8 Disagree3

17 Feb 2019 16:32:33
To be fair I think was more down to the ref keeping his cards in his pocket. Both centre halves and Yates would have picked up bookings any other day.

I don't think I've ever seen a ref call a Captain over to warn him about defenders tackling. They must be pretending not to speak English?

17 Feb 2019 16:56:13
To go unbeaten last 3 games against brenford, wba and preston is extemely good in my opinion. And to think it could have and probably should have been 9 poinys just shows we are improving. Bring on the sheep

16 Feb 2019 20:21:42
We were out of luck, but what is a real plus is that MON/RK worked out how Preston play and stopped them doing just that. We had some bad luck and Grabban failed to take a chance, but we are moving our formations around and the two central defenders are stopping the old aerial threats and crosses.

We are improving and holding our own. Never give up: other results could surprise everyone. Hang in there and see if we can sweep up a few wins after Direby. This League can change rapidly, teams can falter, players can get injured, We look a much better team now, they need all our help on Monday!

Agree6 Disagree0

17 Feb 2019 10:13:40
Agreed mate . we're heading into the "Squeaky bum" part of the season. just watch what happens in the next month, some crazy results are coming.

15 Feb 2019 21:02:13
It will be a close game tomorrow but a Forest win with some good favour that we are surely due. I suspect the side to be unchanged tomorrow but sorry would not want Murphy on for the last 15 as happened on Tuesday. He is not able to run like Lolley and I felt the change gave WBA more freedom to run fioreward. Maybe no sub tomorrow or Bonatini.

Agree1 Disagree3

16 Feb 2019 00:08:47
Or appiah

15 Feb 2019 08:44:49
Preston 1 v Forest 3

16 Feb 2019 07:54:39
Yacob for Watson. When Murphy came on you'd have thought he was the player that needed bringing off for a rest. Zero effort to get at the WBA defense.

16 Feb 2019 08:33:38
Appiah played yesterday against Barnsley. So far he's not even making the bench, so maybe MON/RK not so impressed?

15 Feb 2019 07:31:10
We are said to be taking Lateef Odimiji on a trial basis.

Agree0 Disagree0

15 Feb 2019 14:22:10
So are several other clubs including Premier ones.

15 Feb 2019 14:26:09
Sounds like a french dentist.🦷😬

15 Feb 2019 16:33:19
La teef. nice one tap.

16 Feb 2019 16:09:38
I'd expect him to score a brace then!

13 Feb 2019 22:13:51
Games went our way tonight still 5 points behind it could have been a lot worse feeling like we’ve been thrown a life line
Let’s get something on Saturday and then the Sheep could still catch up
