Heard a horror rumour we are in for Emile Heskey. Really hope it is literally a rumour.

nffcbigs85

1.) No he's not he's training at Bolton, let them have him, good player in his day but too old now. Need decent cb as Hobbs still out and others don't inspire any confidence in me.

2.) Our centre backs are ok what we need is a proper Holding midfield general to sit in front of the back four so they're not so exposed. We also need some more creativity but hopefully Reidy will find his form quickly when fit.

Chippers on the bird site has stated that he has spoken to Gary brazil and said that Wilson should be fit for Saturday but too early for Reid and vaughan

nffcbigs85

1.) I posted earlier but it didn't get published that Reid had a fitness test today to see if he would be ok to be in the squad for Saturday, hope your right about Wilson though he is badly needed

{Ed034's Note - hi. We will soon be going to a registration only site, if fags want to post. Free and easy to do

2.) Yeah that's good news Ed, I will register, I try and only post what I have as honestly as possible even though I don't post very often.

{Ed034's Note - ok mate

3.) Bit strong ed, how do you know he's a fag!

{Ed034's Note - blimey lol my apologise and I hope everyone knows I meant 'fans' lol

4.) You don't have to post this but just had to tell you that. in almost 20 years of internet usage, that has to be the best typo I've seen published on a website. Ever.

Gaz x

5.) Would have been nice to get Reid or Vaughan back. I know at various points of the season we say this is a must win game but this really is a must win game!

6.) Too little, too late I'm afraid. Even if we win all 5 games 74 points may not be enough for play off spot this season. I said 76 points before our loss to Charlton.

You cannot take 2 points from homes games v Donny, Charlton and millwall and sheff wed and expect to make play offs.

7.) Personally I think that the team is doing exactly what it has been told to until the end of the season, forget the playoffs. The best chance of SP rebuilding this team is in this league, it would be a huge job to rebuild the team & also plan for Premiership survival. I know it's negative but fluking the payoffs would be a disaster, I think we need to stay in this league for the greater good.

{Ed034's Note - there is no way whatsoever the team would be told that and they are playing not to get in them

8.) 11 Apr 2014 09:19:15
Was in the nav near notts ground weds night, on pub menu was faggots. Waitress came out with two plates shouting two Faggots, The guys had fed shirts and red faces

9.) Vaughan and Wilson on the coach tomorrow, Gary Brazil, on official site

10.) Surely red shirts and fed faces?

{Ed034's Note - and that shows how easy it is lol

11.) We aren't going to make the Play-Offs, simple as that. I think that was quite obvious 3-4 games a go. I also think it's quite deluded, or ridiculously optimistic at very best, to still have any hope.

The bottom has fallen out, the fit players left in the first team squad haven't had the belief at all and they're not good enough in the first place. Players like Majewski, Halford, Collins, Moussi, Greening, Derbyshire etc. are no better than average Championship squad players. Majewski and Collins in particular need putting down, they're useless.

12.) GB has said Wilson is likely to start and Vaughn likely to be in squad

13.) I spoke to Vaughan and Wilson yesterday and they both told me they would be available for Saturday. Reidy said he should be back for the Birmingham game. Cohen said next season at the earliest!

Deal for Dorrans stalled at our end. WBA will only loan if we are willing to agree a fee of £1. 25 million to make the deal a permanent one in Jan

nffcbigs85

1.) We got £2m for Geddy, get it done Forest, good business.

2.) Afraid this post is utter garbage. He is nailed on

3.) 28 Nov 2013 13:17:04
Deal stalled at our end. surely not!
Sounds a bargain to me, sign him up!

4.) I think he would be a good addition, but I can't see it happening now. Hope to be proven wrong though. Either way we have a good squad with good depth

5.) Not only is this deal happening but it has happened. He is going to be wearing number 19 and will photographed next to the Forest sign which will be shown on the OS later today along with one other signing believed to be a forward

6.) For £1. 25 million he's a bargain just needs to regain his form.

7.) This post is utter garbage? I don't think so. He will probably be at the City Ground on Friday though

8.) Deal stalled at Forest end.

Forest not willing to match the £1. 25m fee in January.

Source - Sly news

9.) Deal stalled doesn't mean deal over does it?cant wait till a refreshed os after 5, o'clock!

10.) The OP is taken from the Daily m

11.) Sound like the sako saga to me

{Ed034's Note - how?

12.) Totally different to the Sako situation

13.) Surely not a money thing again. Dorrans is prem quality and if he is available and wants to come then the fee is very reasonable and surely affordable!
Rutland Red

{Ed034's Note - depends on wages and or budget. We may have other targets and dorrans would take us over

14.) I would say we are more in need of a striker and would rather have more funds available to buy a striker in the January transfer window.

15.) Don't think he's what we need right now, good player, good price but we have players in that role. Striker and left back surely priorities.

16.) Jara at LB would be good for me. I really wouldn't be disappointed if we did not get anyone on loan today.

17.) The way we are clearing out our surplus strikers then I feel a striker will be arriving today. The cost of which may be why Dorans deal might have stumbled. so Ed you could have a point re wages but the likes of Dorans who will drop down divisions does not come very often so he could be invaluable to our promotion and maintaing that status.
Rutland Red

{Ed034's Note - I know you wasn't. I just wanted to explain what I meant

18.) Its what you expect with forest, loan deals and permanent deals in fact any sort of deal never go smoothly its a wonder any deal goes through at all

19.) Bargain, absolute bargain! can no one recall how good he was at championship level?

20.) Why on Earth would you pay £1. 25 million for a player that can buy his contract out if he so wishes in 30 odd days time

21.) 29 Nov 2013 10:46:10
really 2 be honest forest can forget about promotion as we just ain't got the confidance and the determination 2 carry on when its comes 2 the promotion push and with us struggling to get the players we want in is making it very difficult 2 actually give it that extra push and determination 2 get promotion as we can't always rely on other players who are nt 100 percent fit or those who av nt hardly played many games and half the players we av gt that's hardly played should nt av gone out on loan as its those players that can make a lot ov differance to our promotion chase.

Don't see how we can appeal the red card. We may dispute the manner of how it was given, but he did handball it.

We cleared up Ed. Pearce has grown up since them comments and shouldn't have any bearing on Tom playing for us. Heard the Knockaert rumour. I personally do not rate him and don't think he adds anything we need.

nffcbigs85

{Ed001's Note - it has no bearing, like I said Tom and Pearce worked well together and had no issues with the U21s. I would think Ince would be a good signing.}}

I can't imagine that it is true. I can't see Newcastle agreeing to it.
