I was at the game today and although we had our moments for me the formation is all wrong. no width. first half oliviera was playing like an inside winger which meant he dropped to deep... he looked our main goal threat and actually had a few shots he will score if we play him up top. Ogrady was poor for me today. Mendes looked sharp and is a good player.

Vaughan was top notch. Errors for me was when mancienne went off his replacement was dyer running around like a headless chicken..ive not been impressed at all woth him.. i'm not gunna learn how to spell his name either as i hope he doesn't play to often for us. i can only think that Lansbury has it written in his contract that he takes set pieces as is dreadful at them so cannot think why else he would take them all..if its not the case then dougie has to look at this.

We also seem to play players out of position. why would you bring a winger off and play a striker on the wing leaving a winger sat there.. We do have a quality squad when you look at it but i hope dougie sorts his formation and tactics out soon.

Cant understand why DF is so reluctant to take ogrady off. Should have been subbed against Huddersfield and should have gone of instead of Mendes today. Managerial decisions not good enough

Was hoping when mancienne came off DF would of moved Lansbury back and brought williams on. I know they say he's not fully fit but why put him on the bench?? He's going back in January , get him on the bloody pitch . He could of come on for ebi silly arse who was hilarious hopping up and down the pitch.

I would have brought ward on for mancienne when he got injured and changed to 4-4-2 and then take ogrady off for walker 20 mins from time in stead of 5. Not saying I'm disappointed with the initial staring 11 that was picked because we played well. But the substitutions that were made were all wrong

Heard a rumour that chris cohen will announce his retirement when the transfer window closes. The reason for the timing of this is that DF is looking for replacements and if this was announced before other clubs/players could demand more. He will be offered a coaching role. Really hope this is not true though.

That's true FF27, I love CC, always gives his all in the Garibaldi and would be a shame to lose him! But he has to think long and hard about his future, another bad injury would see him done, and I think the same applies to Andy Ried now aswell. Freedman has to look at the bigger picture now. Rumour I've just heard is that Lansbury wants a move south rather than north but will go to burnley but forest are holding out for a player swap plus cash. Its that foreign striker whos name was banded around few months ago with a dreadful scoring rate.

That's the bloke, really can't see any sense in this, no better than we have already got, rather play Dexter and Kyle, but when you can only pay £10,000 a week that is what you get. Fryatt can't get fit, May not be fit for another few months, so if dexter or Kyle get injured we are in the brown stuff, club are desperate, maybe the Frey deal as gone pear shaped? Would rather the club try to get someone on loan for a few months, also get Lars back and Chuck him in and tell him to grow some and do the business.

Im still struggling to understand why he chose to play lam who looked appalling yesterday so don't tell me is shines in training. why not play hobbs or fpx at centre back. much more experienced better in every department than lam showed. i cannot see hom making it at all . to small and lighweight. pm has to take responsibility for that selection and i believe that ultimately cost us as back 4 were all over and if that's the case the rest of the team will suffer and did. pm has a lot to learn but we need to give hom time. he plays the right style for football but needs to sure up our defence. if u look at who he has to his disposal when fit and the depth he has we should not be letting so many in. if he doesn't sort it soon will lose his job.

NB would be a gopd signing if you look at who has left and ask yourself is he better. if the answer is yes then that's great and its a gopd signing. for me its a yes by some distance. well done PM and Fawas if it happens. OB shouldn't have been allowed to leave but its happend so we have to move on and support our team. The squad and manager we have now is better than last years especially if we sign NB so looking forward to the next game amd this season.

Surely he's worth a gamble at this level. He's a bit of a peacock, but who cares as long as he scores a few. Also, last week people were calling for a marquee signing. Does he count as one? He's probably not fulfilled his potential at the top level, but in the championship, he should do ok. If it happens, you have to say well done to the manager and chairman.

Really poor performance tonight. as soon as i saw the formation and team selection i was worried. . Resting player's 2 league games in is abit of a worry fair enough the odd player but u cannot tell me that mills. brit. cohen. vaughen. wouldn't have made a difference even a couple of them and a 442 or 451 formation. lars is dire. . rather blackstock played. i was really optimistic until todays game and i'm now concerned at the managers choice of formation. team selection and substitutions. and the fact he didn't see that the formation was not working earlier in the game or at all. i knew when ward came off for AT we were in trouble.

Its amazing how one bad result and were blaming fawaz for everything and wannting df back. that's not the answer its one game we have hardly been impressive all season. we won't het relegated so let's just keep going until the end of the season and we can bring in a new manager who has a view on defending and also attacking as our last one lacked that. as for fawaz if it wasnt for him buying our club and investing millions we would have been relegated years ago and maybe gone out of buisness altogether. so don't start wishing he leaves as we would definitely regret that. Some people have short memorys i recall how bad it was and felt when we had to get rid of players like morgan because we were totally skint.

Totally agree Eddie, if he managed to have got us into the Prem, you wouldn't be reading any of this nonsense. soon forget all about his mistakes, court orders etc. be interesting to see if he manages to pull off a real managerial coup, what would the reaction be? A team of average players ( quite a few ex Forest who weren't deemed good enough for us ) and managed by someone who turned us down but jumped at the chance to join a club " with organisation " and prospects! It will be interesting to see what the outcome will be in a fortnight when we go to their place! Would you put money on us getting anything after watching what I believe was one of our worst performances in years?!

I don't like the fact that someone has lost their job but with so many poor results. low attendance at games and fans so split over him its not a suprise. He was ok as a manager but not good enough for our club i'm afraid and the fact that so many fans and our owner share the same view tells a story. i think its the right time so we can start looking at another manager in advance of next season so they can make an early start at rebuilding confidance in our decent squad of players not to mention bring in a couple of new faces. onwards and upwards. And for those who say stability is key you are right as long as you have the right person in the first place and sadly we did not.
