1 point shy of play offs.

Not bad considering our form is so hot n cold.

Just shows this style can work as long as the team we are playing against are willing to attack also.

Great result and great performance from KD.

League position and points off top or bottom are irrelevant at this point in the season. It's been better since he's gone with 4 at the back.

I’d take + 3 the way this season has gone so far

I hope it’s not Monk - his record is average at best
Karanka for me

Good manager I believe.

Boro were short sighted getting rid of him, they should have stuck with him regardless of relegation as Burnley did with Dyche and look at the rewards they now have.

Take a relegation if need be, use the extra money to build the squad for a promotion push and build foundations to stay in Prem (Burnley did this excellently)

It’s almost a poison chalice getting promoted to the premier for a manager

If he sets the goals up then who cares how many he scores ?

Works for Man City with De Bruyne

Is there a limit to the amount of loan players who can play in any one match ?

Losing to the side top of the league wouldn’t exactly be surprising and not indicative of Karanka and his direction for the club.

Anything but a loss would be a fantastic result and unexpected.

We don’t need any more strikers we have too many as it is.

Brereton
Walker
Vellios
Clough
Murphy

Martin is no better than any of them
