I am very concerned about the impact on the players this buyout is causing. I watched the Derby game and was amazed at the lack of fight by many of the players. It seems as if the stuffing has been knocked out of them. Same against Wolves Normally it means the team is fighting amongst itself but layer the takeover on top and it's not a good receipt Also Worrel was brave, could be called naive to make such a public statement even if correct as his team mates will take retribution one way or other even if we need his talent I am concerned we won't pull out of this nose dive.

Pleased we got three points. Tough game and some strange decisions given and not given. We stuck at it to get the winner. It's always seems a lot harder playing against a team with less players Onto next game and could be fun against Wally with the brolly.

Only problem playing higher up the field is you need pace at the back.
Not our strong point.
With no proven goal scorers and a new lad in not certain a wise move playing high
If we let in an early goal we could be in for a mauling.

I agree with what you are saying JAV but the pace at the back will only be exposed if the whole team don't move up that 20 yrds as a unit
We need to put more pressure on the opposition as a unit something we haven't done all season.
The only time our counter attacking game worked perfectly was against DERBY but we didn't put our chances away that day we didn't manage to support the quick breaks we are always leaving the space behind the front line.
Having said that we still need someone to put the ball in the net.

Barton. To me would be what we need , reminds me of how we used to sign the bad boys to do a job if we can give the defense cover in front it would be a great step forward

We really should stop feeding gloom and despondency. The club will survive and will do ok this season . By that I mean top half. I've watched ten other teams in the league and to be honest not much different to one another at this stage of the season.
Its not going to be an easy season that's for sure but I don't see the best players are going to be sold ,otherwise they would have gone by now.
Lets see after ten games where we are and if the team can pull together we will see some good football.

Under contract negotiations there is a period off no selling or buying of players. Otherwise due diligence would be a farce. I'm certain a club like Chelsea could be interested but no chance until the exclusivity period is terminated can a deal go thru.

Fantastic to see the chances taken . Scary to see how much
space we give the opposition forwards. Great to see Osborne contribution and great to see the academy
players coming. How we deal with Newcastle running at us with the ball will be an insight to how well this new system will hold up against quality opposition Looking forward to the game with apprehension and hope we get the result we all want.

If Forest had played like Derby tonight I'd be calling to sack the manager . It was an awful performance . We will end up higher than Derby this year I can't see them stayin in the playoffs.
